I have a lvl 75 whm helping get some summons for me and she told me that since the last patch she can only kill one summon per RL day. Is this true? I have looked at all the update info and Havent seen anything about it?

Maybe the same summon you can only kill once a day, but considering that people had Fenrir the day after the update (which requires killing all the avatars during its quest), I wouldn't think we would see Fenrir for a week after the update if it were true. I don't know for sure though.
