K, now for my questions.....

1: Should i sell my Juggernaut to get Martial Bhuj or even Berserkers Axe
2: Is there anything else thats on the Auction House that im totally forgetting i need as WAR (Unicorn Feet i would like if i can get the gil)


Any advice on these questions or anything you notice about my gear at all, just lemme know ive been a DRG main for to long, so i dont really know much about WAR gear anymore.

Try and get some Heca hands
and swift/dusk like you said, other than that...sea gorgets maybe

For TP gear I'd get rid of the Bushinomimi and get an Assault Earring.

For your WS I think your AF hands would be better than those bracelets just because of the DEX penilty. But yeah, can't blame you for not havng Heca Hands..... I never seen Byakko drop them in over 2 months.

Heca Hands of course, better GA, and don't bother with dusk feet, Aurum's are free!! Everything else looks fine.

P.S. Warrior's Stone would be a good addition also, if you can get your hands on one!!

Cool, thanks for the great replies. I should have mentioned i'm PFC so i'm a little while away from Perdu Voulge. I am working towards that though. I will try and sell my Juggernaut ASAP and get a Martial Bhuj since from all the posts i've read on here, its a very nice GA. Hecatomb Hands are also on my hit list, but Byakko is a cheapskate.


About using WAR AF Hands, is that really better than Alky Bracelets? I know -DEX sucks, but does it make it not worth having?

I'd say so. Short of Heca, I'd recommend these:



5 str vs STR+11 DEX-6

You gain 6 str, but lose 4.5 acc on 2hand weapon. Considering you're already dropping every acc slot on your gear except neck during ws already, it's a big hit for a multi hit weapon skill. The - dex also affects your crit rate, which is where the real dmg of RR/Rampage comes from.

Martial Bhuj is used for Steel Cyclone only really, until you can get Byakko's or Perdu, Berserker's would be your best option for most situations. I love my M. Bhuj but it's just a situational piece, doesn't get used all that often.

Sea gorget for WS neck is great piece, Assault Earring over Bushi for sure, and yes Aurum are a godly piece.

1 thing tho, if you're going /Sam you're missing 1 piece of gear with Store TP to have a true 6 hit build. Changing Woodsmans to Ecphoria would look like your best option as you're only sacrificing 1 ACC in order to Weaponskill 1 hit sooner.

Another fun piece to look into getting would be Fortitude Axe, love pulling that out against Birds every now and then for a shit tonne of fun, maybe you'll get lucky and get a Torque to drop in the process too

yes definitely get your sea gorget for ws set up. Soil for rampage, and snow gorget is good for RR and SC
