1) How did you decide to enter this field? It was a hobby ever since I could use a computer I would edit other friends pictures, never thought of it being a career. I actually was at a club talking about photoshop when someone overheard me and hired me

2) What kind of education and training do you have? Self taught, School of hard knocks

3) What are your activities and responsibilities on the job? Customers will send in what they need designed, we do a lot of commercial work and have designed stuff for people like Tony Hawk and Kat von D, its our job to create whatever they need and then send it off to print.

4) Generally with organizations, individual workers do not make all the decisions. How are work decisions made in your organization? Well basically I do make most of the decisions when it comes to what I need to do, but the customer is who our real "Boss" is, they tell us what they need, how they want it, or we whip up something on our own and send it to them to approve or send back for revisions. As far as marketing however, I dont make any decisions on price quotes etc etc that is all the marketing department.

5) How much influence do you have over those decisions? I have a pretty big say in what I do, but if customer doesnt like it then its back to the drawing board.

6) What do you like best about your job? Least? That I can troll around KI, watch youtube, and still be able to work lol, Honestly I have the best job in the world, because its more of a hobby than a job, I also get to design stuff for strip clubs and stuff like that so I work with a lot of hot girl pictures But in all seriousness its great to do something that is fun and there is a lot of creativity in it. Least thing I like about my job? Someone always takes my stuff in the fridge...and angry customers that think they know everything. lolraster.

7) What do you find most difficult about your job? The customers, some are great, some are dicks.

8) What about the job would you change if you could? Pole dancers? Really, its the perfect job.

9) What sort of person do you have to be to be really good at this job? Just have to be able to have a good time, really everyone in the office is great and thats why it adds to the fun, you need to have design skills of course or else you will just be frustrated and then I end up doing your workload as well lol..

10) What specific advice would you give to a person entering this field? Have fun, its a natural talent, some people cant match colors or cant put things together to make it nice, etc... its art, you have to be talented in it, it cant be forced so just go with the flow

11) Where do you expect to go from here? Modeling actually. lol and acting.

there was an interview, but we met at a party and then I came in the next day for an interview that consisted of what the job was etc, I went to work the day after that and he saw what I could do and I was hired perm. Its who you know, and right place at the right time.
