Does anyone know if he has a moving PH from the 5 towers or is it possible just to keep killing one PH in one of the towers every 15 minutes to pop him?
Also, ive read up on wiki that says Warrior Tomahawk ability disables his magic and physical defense for 30 seconds (more with each tomahawk merit). How accurate is tomahawk? Was thinking of zerging him down once tomahawk is used then just gravity kite him until tomahawk becomes back up in 3 minutes and repeat. Anyone ever tried anything like this and been successful?

Thanks. Does anyone know if one PH can just be killed repeatedly to pop or is it best to rotate tower PHs to pop him?

we were able to kinda pop it 100% by killing all placeholders at the same time, this worked 5 times for us now
tho I wonder if it has a respawn time because it never worked for us if we tried that right after the kill again, also it did not work for us yesterday about ~3 hours after the first kill
so conclusion a ) you can force JoT to pop by killing all PH at the same time, it has a respawn time greater than 3 hours
or
b ) you can highly rise the chance to pop JoT by killing all PH at the same time (like 80+%), its respawn time is unkown if it has any
still this strat speeded our whole sea process up alot so if you got enough ppl to do that, it should be the way to go

it is 100% accurate. from what i remember though, it will not remove the weapon immunity that temp gets in different forms.
the placeholder seems to be stationary once its claimed as the placeholder. so staying at one tower is probably a bad idea.

I usually duo temperance alot, i run from tower to tower and we kill each PH fast and make sure we kill all 5 PH in 1 game day, we can usually pop him back to back using that strat, altho very rarely he doesn't pop at all.
