So I tried making an animated .gif with Adobe Imageready for the first time, but I can't seem to figure out how to rotate a layer w/o having that layer rotate in every frame. Can anyone help me out, I kinda suck at this ._.;

Treat it just like photoshop, before you make the layers into frames, edit them and then convert the layers into frames that way, so when you open all your images up and gang them all up on one image in stacked layers, do all your editing then
