Sorry, but no. I basically cap dDex on Birds which makes for very nice RR averages. For someone who doesn't even have merited GAX, or only "eyeballs" WS's on too weak mobs I'll stick to my parses and hard numbers. You can hit 1100-1500 peaks on a skeleton with KJ in Xarc? Congratulations for you, I can do it to skeletons in KRT near Vrtra with RR, doesn't prove shit though. Both WS's shine in their own places, for Birds RR > KJ, at least in my experience.

You're also the very first person whom I've ever heard state that it has a bonus. If this was the case my KJ's should average(read: not spike) near 1300-1400 on birds, which is far from the case.

I have a basic rule for war ws. If I can cap dDex I'm using RR, if not its KJ time. Really the only mobs you can cap dDex on easily are birds, first few waves of mobs in dynamis etc stuff thats a little bit lower level etc etc etc blah blah blah. Yea on birds i've had numerous 2k+ non 2hour RR, shits broke lol.
