That's all there is on wiki so far, but a few days ago my friend Leonstrife and I went out to West Ronafure to try and find the WSC and fTP modifiers. We got:

fTP: 1.5
WSC: 20%STR, 30%DEX

All WS's were done at 100 to 105 TP, with sneak attack. Sample sizes taken were just large enough to try and accurately represent crit pDif variation at pDif cap. You can find the field data and calcs at either my LJ or in the current WS testing thread on BG:
