I almost voted "no" because of this point, but I really don't think it's worth it. Even if I go back to the original Flame Wars, I could probably count the number of worthwhile posts made by sock puppets on one hand. Possibly fewer. Feeding the fire is one thing, but when it's just some assbag who made an account to agree with himself, I'm really not interested.

I think only two topics have been made by people without "Member" rank or above, so this really wouldn't help.

How about a three day ban for anyone who creates spam topics, or topics that obviously shouldn't be in FW? The only problem with my idea is that if the mods deleted or moved every topic that shouldn't be in in FW there wouldn't be any topics in FW. Except perhaps Seigrith's rant about how much FW sucks.
