Alchemy Level Problem

I'm currently at lvl 20 but guild master doesnt' give me test for next lvl. Am I missing something or do I need to raise my reputation for bastok?

Meh found problem, did test at lvl 18. been that long since i've lvled alchemy, hehe. case closed

Your alchemy skill indicator in the craft levels menu should highlight blue if capped. Remember this and you'll not have the same problem.
