A few questions on low-mid level farming-- 37 WAR/THF

I figure most topics in this section revolve around ways to make or use Gil to its fullest extent, so farming topics are appropriate.

Today was my first try at farming as 37 WAR/THF, and I picked Jugner Forest just to get a nice measure of my abilities. My main targets were beetles, sheep, and saplings. My path was between the two spawn points of Panzer Percival, and at the southern point, I'd kill the Boggarts. Turn out was pretty good, 2 stacks of Treant Bulbs, stack of Beetle Jaws, 2 stacks of Sheep Meat, stack of Vegetable Seeds, stack of Herb Seeds, 2 Scrolls of Regen, and a Neckchopper. (!)

This took pretty much the whole day, but I was never in danger of dying, resting every now and then.

My questions are as follows: Normally, I would hit beetles for 79-90, with them hitting me for about 5-11. When I berserked however, I hit for 111-125, and beetles hit me for 16-25. Based on my level compared to theirs, and how many times they would miss me, is the added DoT from Berserk worth the added DoT on my part from having defense down?

Also, I've read before that spending too much time in one zone drastically lowers the drop rate on certain rare items. Is this true? Is it still effective today? If so, how often should I zone out of a zone?

Sorry if it's a bit of a ramble, any input is appreciated.

Imo there are MUCH better places and things to farm even at that level that could net you 50-100k/hr instead of ~50k/day =/

I missed something.

Where can you take a level 37 war with thf sub and TH1 and make 100k an hour?

100k would be later I guess in better places but I said 50-100 and he could probably make about 50k/hr with Sheep leather. Iunno though I don't ever farm anymore and their value has dropped a bit but I've always found them to be decent for nearly any level. At any rate, even that would be better than farming an entire day for about 50k.

I figured I didn't want to be one of those "kk heres my lvl can u plz tell me how to make money fast? I need sniper+1 by lv 40.,"

But I'm always exploring new options for getting my cash.

Still on my list is Pashhow Marshlands, Giddeus, and Konschtat Highlands for sheep leather and possibly Mary's Horn.

If you do decide to make Sheep Leather I would suggest sticking to the Highlands due to the high sheep supply and presence of Stray Mary. The ram drops aren't terrible either.

Ram Skins and Horns don't stack though, right? I don't have that much bag space.

No Jeuno fame >> No Gobbiebag quests. ; ;

You synth Sheep Leather from the skins as you farm. You do the same for Ram Leather if your Leather skill is high enough. Sheep Leather can be made at any level though so its easy to make as you farm the skins.

Edit: Like I said, I have not farmed since I was around your level so I don't know what's the best to farm. This should be much more efficient than what you farmed the other day though.
