Hello!
It's been almost a year since I bought my Nintendo DS console. I have played and finished Final Fantasy III and Heroes of Mana. When I first bought the games I was stunned to see the "Wi-Fi" logo on the cover. Then I bought Buffalo wireless router and I got the connection between my DS and Buffalo router working ok. I was also disappointed about the "Wi-Fi" that FF III had, the only "online" in that games was that i could add a friend code into my friendlist and send them messages, and that "friend" and he's code I had to find over internet forums just to see if it would work. I know that I would should have found more info about the FF III before I actually bought it, but i would have bought it anyway.
Then Heroes of Mana was a bit better suprize, I expected that it would be the same kind of Wi-Fi thing that FF III had but it was better, you could actually download new missions/maps and try to beat the time and scores and get rewards and a name into global hall of fame. Now I'm looking for a game that really would be an Wi-Fi online game for DS, a game that has a nice online play with other people around the world. I know there are few action games like that but since I'm into RPG games, I would like to know if anyone there who reads this topic happens to know a game like that? Please tell me if you happen to know a good RPG online game for DS.
That's what i wanted to ask after all, thanks!

Phantasy Star Online is coming out in '09. Should be really good multiplayer over Wi-Fi for that.

I actually made a thread about it quite some time ago, but no one really posts here anymore so it sank to the bottom.

A little universe redemption? Competition for the PSP's last great game series (Though I suppose the Wii is getting the Monster Hunter sequel anyways...)? Another reason that the Nintendo DS will continue to completely dominate the handheld game market? I'll see you on the wi-fi when it hits state side, I can tell you that much.

I cannot believe that I haven't found information about that game before, I've heard the name tho.
That is a must have game for me, I bet that is going to be awesome online... Heh I actually expected that there wouldn't be any "fully" online games on DS but Im glad that I was wrong! Have you tried the FF III and do you have more experience about the Wi-Fi system? I wonder if the only true online part about FF III is adding/sending messages to friend codes.

I usually don't respond to troll bait, but in case you were actually serious Arcaniz I can provide a credible and sourced sales chart in which the DS is outselling the Sony Playstion 3, Sony Playstation Portable, & Microsoft Xbox 360 combined, along with offering the largest library of video games among any current gen console. That is, if you would like to learn more.
Or perhaps we should just look at last week, black friday week sales, in which the DS outsold the PS3 & PSP 6 to 1, while the Xbox 360 was closer at 3 DS to 1 360.
