I recently hit level 70 and think that my gear needs some changes. Any input is appreciated.
This is what my gear looks like at the moment:

I know I need to soon get Ruby/Flame Rings and maybe change one earring to Assault Earring.

I was also thinking in investing in a Tarasque mitts +1 for both TP and WS for the time being. Obviously, at 72, Id use dusk gloves for TP, but is there anything I can use other than Heca Hands for WS?

Also, I am not insanely rich, so I can either invest in Tarasque +1 & 1 Dusk piece OR Dusk Hands + Feet. I already have Swift belt, so what should I prioritize in?

Im not in a sky LS so drops from HNM/Gods are out of the question for the time being. That being said, please try and prioritize what pieces I should get 1st. I assume not using any of the Gigas Line bracelets was a good idea?

A more experienced WAR can chime in later, but I think you're sacrificing too much accuracy in favor of STR/Attack. While stacking those may produce a high WS number, whiffing a hit or two will hurt your overall damage a lot. I would suggest keeping PCC on, and if you have sea make sure you get a Gorget once you hit 72 (I got Snow since it covers Steel Cyclone + Raging Rush). Do you have an optical hat? If so, throw that on as well (you should be TPing in it at this level, too), maybe keep a Sniper's Ring on, and replace the Swordbelt +1 with Potent Belt. Also, I know you have money issues but I would highly recommend either saving up for or farming a Fire Bomblet. For feet you can get Rutter Sabatons, they're a pretty nice WS piece until you can get Heca but the droprate for the pop item is hell (and for some reason when one did drop for me it hit the floor instead of my inventory, fuuuck :|).

As for your investment question, I would go for the two Dusk pieces and NQ Tarasque, if possible. 2 Attack and white box are nice but not worth losing 2% or 3% haste over, in my opinion.

Like I said, hopefully a more experienced WAR will chime in later and correct any grievous errors I made. XD

Edit: Also, definitely invest in an Assault Earring, they're sexy.

I'd get an assault earring, fowling earring to when you can equip it. Other than that your gear isn't too bad.

i'd say lifebelt for when you're whiffing even with food, otherwise swordbelt +1 during tp for a little bit of dot increase, then potent belt for WS.

if you have all around acc problems, just wear the potent fulltime....only 2 less acc than life belt, but has +3 STR

of course, should you have access to one, get some form of haste belt and use that for tp ._.

I recently hit 70 on WAR myself and here is a few things i got going differently. (Not Saying Better, just not the same lol) Of the fourth division set i'm currently using the head legs and hands for a nice little boots to att, i have barone pants from my drg but my WAR is a STR whore. also, not being able to equip much haste gear yet (swift only at this level i think) i dont think i;ll mess with it until 72. i even TP in Rutter Sabatons when i'm too lazy to switch out for AF >.> umm... lets see i've fulltimed Potent belt since 60, not really having many acc issues when i eat sole sushi, i full time Rajas Ring, switch between snipers and Garrulous for tp/ws , i also mostly use the Mythril+1 grip instead of Pole Grip unless there is a COR givin me DA+ in the pt, the 2str and 2acc on it make it noticable. i dont have a PCC so i fulltime Chiv.Chain. i use fire bomblet instead of bomb core.... think thats about it. I'm fairly satisfied with my WAR, i go /sam as often as i can, and enjoy the piss out of making DRK WS's look bad :3

Defnitely get dusk hands/feet over terrasque+1

As for the rest well.. just try out different things.. If you get crappy TP return, try more accuracy gear.. high TP return but "meh" damage, try more str/att gear.. Find what works best for you by experiementing..
