Have they accidentally put xbow delay on melee delay timer? Probably be fixed in maintenance tomorrow but I'd like to know it's not just me noticing this. O.bow and Ziska Crossbow took twice as long to fire in some quick testing. I'm guessing they could have screwed it up while making the level sync change.

Similar problem on COR (Which is why I came here)
Peacemaker on a 270 delay was taking eons to fire, usually its almost an automatic draw and shoot. Now it seems like its taking much longer.

Currently known issue. Friend contacted GM and they are aware of it. This has to do with the changes they made to level sync regaurding delay to Xbow (before patch could go lower then 216 when level sync'd). My guess is the code they wrote for xbow delay under level sync is bugged and affecting all marksman weapons. I haven't seen the same problem with Bow

Shot O Bow about 60 or so times, Yes it is slower.
Shot E Bow roughly the same amount, Archery is fine.

QUOTE
Since the implementation of the latest version update on Dec. 8, 2008, we have confirmed the following issues. Investigation and recovery work is currently underway.
- With certain ranged weapons, the actual interval between the attack is longer than the interval listed on the weapon's help message.
- Even though the actual gender of chocobo is female, the NPC in Chocobo Stables says that the gender is male.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
