i saw a video on youtube that showed the area files for Xarc. something tells me were gonna eventually get there but they will probably, as you said, only let us in for a small amount of time for some random quest or dynamis type event.

Looks like an unarmored Kindred to me. Possible it might visually segregate mage-class kindred from melee-class kindred.
