It can already hit close to 3k in merit party, imagine if they make it even stronger?


Personally I'd rather have a defensive ability like seigan or a buff like hasso/berserk. But this is welcome too.

Thats interesting, stronger weaponskills huh? Maybe a buff to 1-hit ws's.

I agree. SAM and DRK are very well rounded in their combination of offensive/defensive skills, we need one or the other so that we can use hasso/seigan to greater advantage.

Its nice to see that they ARE thinking of these changes though. I am disappointed that they mentioned making our wyverns do more in battle at last years Fanfest and that still hasn't happened, so we'll see.

So long as they change Guillotine to "Chance to critical varies with TP".

I would prefer they change the Haste effect from Spirit Surge into a separate haste instead of magic haste. 95% Haste cap plz!

they specifically said mystic weapon skill though, personally I think it does amazing on lower stuff but vs anything of higher caliber, could use a boost if SE wants to do that instead of wheeling buff.

Would still be capped at 80% overall Haste D: It would be nice for DRG to have a 'job ability' type haste though.

Ya they did, but I dont know how close 'Relic' and 'Mythic' are in Japanese, I thought maybe they misspoke. However, as long as they are planning on making any WSs more effective on high defense mobs, thats a good thing. I just thought Relic should get a boost because it deserves it. Back when zilart came out SE didnt have any idea what they wanted to do with DRG...bleh.

Similar to that, there are various minor tweaks we are tossing around. I can't say what order this will all be done in, but we're always looking at all jobs. We aren't really looking to nerf anything.

So, in essence, the strength of the DRG's WS in comparison to other Mythic WS was intentional to help their track record of poor performing WS.

24% in haste + 43% in magic haste = 67%

67% + Hasso haste = 77%

77% + SS haste (should it be separated) = 102%!!

Hm...probably why they didn't make it separate I guess...>.<
