Alright all I'm just saying is that it would be nice to have. And just saying that SE should put it in some cheap quest to get it or it could be one of the many items that you can get with the goldworldpass benefits. If any one still uses it being the fact that you can just select any server that you want to start on.

They give out these items to make people want to go to the festival.

They arent meant for everyone. If you want these things, go to the festival. The rest of us dont care about the inventory-1.
