PlayOnline Customer Support Phone Number

US Customer Support:
1-858-790-7529 (PLAY)

Not sure why they completely removed that phone number from their website. Believe me, you cannot find this number anymore on their website.

Also, this is the US customer support line. Once I find the European and Japanese numbers, I will post them here.

As a reminder: Customer support is region specific to your current account. If you are in the US with a European account, then you will need to contact the European PlayOnline Customer Support. I am UNSURE if this has changed, but knowing SE, this is unlikely.

I'm trying to reduce the spam in these forums especially when someone necrobumped a 2007 thread about what font FFXI uses in-game.

A lot of this I'm pulling from Wiki, other forums, and PlayOnline.com itself including personal experiences from myself and other players.

The above guides will help you familiarize yourself with the basics of the game. It includes everything from controlling your character, equipping armors and weapons, starting quests, and more. It's a very basic guide, but it will hopefully help a lot of new players coming into this game.

Wow WTH you're right I can't find the # on the net anywhere unless I actually type the number into google! It's not even on the support site anymore.... wtf....

but come on, they need to make it easier to find. If someone is freaking out about losing their account they're gonna get 10x more frustrated when they can't find this number. I think square enix wants to screw us over >.> I I know that's not a new concept, lol.

It used to be on the old PlayOnline Support page, but when they updated the Support page and turned it into the Square-Enix Support Page, you can't find it anymore directly. Square-Enix now expects you to fill out a form to contact them about issues. But, when it comes to stuff like account recovery, phone call would be preferred. I have absolutely no fucking idea why they removed the phone number from the main website.
