It's been my experience that most front line melée act like they're 12. There are exceptions. Rockius I'm looking at you. You don't seem to be one of them. Healing requires a lot of patience IMHO. A lot of melée and overzealous nukers make healing more difficult than it should be. Same rule applied to FFXI. Nukers tend to be more seasoned mmo vets who know better than to roll melée dps or heal. Tanks, IMHO, are the real tough guys.
As for Ryuko, I only bust my load from behind. That's how us rogue type roll.

Yeah, I definitely think tanks are the real tough guys. They need to have a LOT of patience when people are constantly nuking and attempting to steal hate (which some dps'ers do on purpose, or in wow... trying to 'top the meters'), or with healers who suck. If you suck at DPS, people will rank on you, but if you suck at healing... people will be PISSED. In FFXI, it was much easier to notice if a healer was slacking than if a dd was... and that's mostly because there was no simple way to watch damage output unless you ran a parser, which still wasn't as accurate as it could have been. So, healers, in a sense, were much more easily weeded out than dd's were... However, there is a bit of complication in dealing damage, so I'm not about to say healing is harder... just much different. As a healer, my eyes are almost constantly in one place on the screen -- the health bars of the people I need to be watching. Because of this, I'll be more likely to notice health even if I'm not a designated healer... simply because I'm used to it.
My favorite thing ever is when I see a rogue before they attack me. Rare, but it does happen. I like to face them as I see them coming, or pounce them if I'm in cat form (and they decide to go after someone else before going after me)... that really adds insult to injury.
