I always wondered why there was two ninjutsu with the same description. Is one stronger than the other? Ni seems to be higher lvl than Ichi.

All i know is NI ninjitsu casts faster than Ichi but longer cool down timer.

Utsusemi : Ni gives you 4 images, Utsusemi : Ichi gives you just 3. I don't know about the other Ninjitsu.
Incidentally, "ichi" is "one" and "ni" is "two" in Japanese. So it's really just Utsusemi 1 and 2, like with other spells. They just made it more annoying, I mean, more clever.

Ichi - 3 dodges, 4 second cast, 30 recast
Ni - 4 dodges, 1.5 second cast, 45 recast.
Ni - 4 dodges, 1.5 second cast, 45 recast.

for all the non utsusemi ones, Ni ALSO has 1.5 seocnd cast and 45 second recast. It's apparently also SIGNIFICANTLY more powerful. go figure.
