Hey I'm not sure if this is the place to post but I 'm sure you can help. I have completed the first quest and aligned myself with a nation in Wings of the Goddess I was just wondering when the chocobos are available to ride?

Yeah, also note that the NPCs for renting the Chocobos aren't in the same spots as in the present.

For example(in Sandy), Chocobo rental NPCs are normally at the "Chocobo Stable" area in southern San d'Oria in the present but in the past, the rental NPC is at the East gate of south San d'Oria and not at the chocobo stables like in the present.

Outside of town, the only chocobo npcs are at the Recall tele-crystals.

Extra note: If you have the jugner[s] gate - key item, you can open the gate between the ronfaure exit and the outpost without dismounting.
