As the title suggests, I'm just wondering how must BLU's get by with their magic damage. Each build has its pro's and con's of course and I'd love your feedback on what you feel is the most efficient or best way to do magic dmg. Please post your reasons, builds, numbers and any other relevant info~ I went through search and found various scattered info, but nothing that encompased all forms of dmg into one post or guide that compared them.

Well as a Hume, I am at a slight advantage to do breath builds, with the proper gear + Food, I can hit 1k / 800 on Heat / Frost easily. What do your numbers look like?

I do poison/heat breath spam ussually personally but I haven't invested much in to other magical DD spells yet.
Also I get 210/750 with breaths set-ups atm but I need to invest in more gear for it, after getting mirage head I am gonna to work on them more, I'll add a SS of what I use currently later.

This being more directed at non-breath users. Why? Why EoM or Firespit etc? Why do you use that particular build. Currently, I find myself fixed on a breath build and am aware of the pro's and con's. So why do the non-breath users use the spells / builds they do?

Personally ive started to enjoy regur/firespit simply because it benefits the other nukes(MB, MH) as well. Whereas EoM and Breaths especially require a more focused gear set compared to the others, i will say that if you have the inv. Use EoM, i still consider it the best nuke we got.

For HB can push about 2100hp and ~1.3k dmg with with Relic Head, and Relic Back.

I tried for EoM build but because I only do Dynamis for endgame I was not getting good numbers at all. I think I remember seeing some pics of Sho's EoM dmg in Limbus and think because those were light based mobs EoM would hit harder. I guess I'll hafta try again if I start doing Limbus and Sea.

I did 400 damage BA Regurgitation on Faust with no specific INT/MND build or correct staff. But Regurgitation fail on MG.
Heat/Frost Breath is good for Salvage mega bosses if you aren't tanking.
Poison Breath is good for Omega in any form, but you're just gonna get AoE anyway, so :/
EoM good for Wyrm, if you even do Wyrm
Firespit is .... eh I dunno

Only real reason I use Mind Blast is bacause it uses the same gear from my Magic Hammer build. It comes in handy in Nyzul Isle when you have a lack of nuking mages and are going against custards and whatnot. From what I read it can do nice dmg against wyrms, but that's something i've haven't gotten into yet.

EoM owns too, but most players don't know how to gear for it properly, so I didn't even bother mentioning it.

Imo Heat Breath > EoM > Mind blast > Firespit

Had to go with other, if I'm doing Nuke builds I'll use EoM or regurg, but if I need to keep Physical spells for use I'll just bring breath gear and set those, can usually get 700's and 900's with full build and no Hp+ food or body boost...obviously.

I did a 554 Firespit on Faust with Fire staff, AF head, and Errant body. Plus some INT/MND spells. Working on magic gear.

I think you can, they do sell a lot of meds.

I've had some giant's drink's left on me after pvp a few times. 3-4 times atleast and 1 of them was on firesday. Was fun testing it on non besieged mobs.
