Okay, I wasn't sure what the buffs were so I assumed 2x Mad, 2x March and then Carbonara. I don't know much about it, but could it be that if the Added effect procs on a Triple Attack it automatically procs on all 3 hits?

I wish. But It's not the case.
On a side note, I saw some quesions about PLDs without excalibur and their parsed dmg.
2x PLDs today on Tiamat. one with Joyeuse/aegis other excal/aegis. PLD with Joyeuse was afk the entire time and the excal had to tank. Excalibur did 22k DMG over the course of 56 minutes, Joyeuse 5.7k. Highest DMG output was from BLM, 38k. If Excalibur didn't have to spend time casting ichi/ni, cureIV's and go into hate control mode, he could have easily done double the 22k he already outputted.
