24 Ninja here, yah i know its low but i did the Utsusemi quest with what i believe the bare

minimum fame

Had my Rice balls at 155 when i went to Norg

Before that i did

these quests
Ninja
4 turn ins to Mihgo (so 16 necklaces)
and 26 turn ins for Shady

Buisness (so 104 zincs)

When i got to Norg i wasn't high enough for Utsusemi yet

but!
I was able to get Tonko and after doing Tonko i had enough for Utsusemi

fun note for everyone on phoenix, zinc ores are down to 200 and less gil each, this is an

unprecidented low (prolly has something to do with there being hunders of zincs up on all

AH) so now is the best time to jump on the tenshodo fame bandwagon

just go to him with a bunch of zinc and continually give him sets of 4.
