probably because dnc cant use this which is a shame since its a decent dagger and has a nice model.

It's because it isn't really a Jambiya/knife class weapon

WAR THF PLD DRK BRD RNG SAM NIN DRG COR PUP DNC can use knives.

WAR BLM RDM THF PLD DRK BST BRD RNG SAM NIN DRG SMN SCH use daggers

While it has a Jambiya icon, the jobs don't match up on it. Really it is a dagger with a jambiya icon.
