I just got runic key and plan on getting KJ done.

My question is in a 300tp + WC Mighty strikes situation which weaponskill will pull out higher damage.(Assuming acc Isn't an issue.) Steel Cyclone or King's Justice?

Rather then waste my 2 hours testing this, i figured I would just ask you guys.

300TP Steel Cyclone -> Meditate&Hit for 100 -> KJ

If we're talking about perfect conditions, they should break about even. Steel Cyclone's 50% vitality modifier will add ~40 base damage to your weapon, while KJ will have a .5 fTP advantage. Generally speaking, given that the margin for superiority is so minuscule, I'd stick with Steel Cyclone for the capped WSA and significantly higher pDIF.

Bumping this because I wonder if anyone ever confirmed that SC gets a pDIF bonus. I've only seen speculations.

In my Nyzul assault runs, I usually start HNM fights with King's Justice(100+ tp) > Steel Cyclone(300tp dusty wing). The first WS tends to do the higher damage, but that's with Warrior's Charge boosting it.

I only use Steel Cyclone with Warrior's Charge.To me its always seemed like
Mighty Strikes WC 300 Tp Steel Cyclone > Every other GA WS



By only use Warrior's Charge with Steel Cyclone, i mean when its 300 Tp, Warrior's Charge affects RR, for the e-peen dmg. King's Justice is good when you want to see something different, i've only noticed dmg better than RR when it procs a Double Attack, but even then, RR all the way.

Run a search, hidden pDIF bonuses are tested left and right.

I'm about the same. WC just doesn't seem to make as much a difference on RR, i dunno about KJ cause i've yet to get it.

i sometimes get 100 TP KJ with higher damage, than 300 TP KJ with warriors charge. and both same TP regain >_<
