I just hit 75 in the valkrum dunes last night! =D The gear im using now at 75 is:

Elvaan Subs: war rdm nin
Head: Adaman Barbuta
Bodyy: Adaman Cuirass
Hands: Adaman Gauntlets
Legs: Adaman Cuisses
Feet: Gallant Leggings

Weapon: Macuahuitl +1 / Mercurial Sword
Shield: Koenig Shield

Neck: Parade Gorget / Shield Torque / Harmonia's torque
Earrings: Insomnia Earring Stoic earring
Rings: Hercules Ring Topaz Ring
Back: lamnia Mantle
Waist: Warwolf belt

Im going to be a tank for many Nms etc suck as serket, roc, sim etc.

Was wondering if anyone can give me info on what gear I should update and or try to get.

omg barney pld, thank god your not wearing the feet. Get m.head from sky for shield skill. Start working on sea for homam gear it will be your best friend later in your career.

Weapon: Macuahuitl +1 / Mercurial Sword (Joyeuse when you get atonement)
Shield: Koenig Shield

Neck: Parade Gorget / Shield Torque / Harmonia's torque
Earrings: Insomnia Earring Stoic earring //// Shield Earring, Loquacious Eearring, Suppanomimi, Ethereal
Rings: Hercules Ring Mermaid Ring

Bodyy: Adaman Cuirass > Can just use AF1 until Valor, Ares or whatever
Hands: Adaman Gauntlets >Dusk for now if you sub nin, try to get Homam/Askar/Iron Ram
Legs: Adaman Cuisses >AF2 is nice until Homam, Koenig is nice for situational hp, get Iron Ram too
Feet: Gallant Leggings >Make them +1, try to get Homam, Iron Ram, and maybe Askar too

Weapon: Macuahuitl +1 / Mercurial Sword
Shield: Koenig Shield

Neck: Parade Gorget / Shield Torque / Harmonia's torque
Earrings: Insomnia Earring Stoic earring >Would be best to make it Hades+1/Ethereal

I dont know whats worse, the gear, or the advice of gear to get.

Heres some advice, when you're subbing /nin having extra HP gear like rings,earrings etc, wont do anything for you, emnity most of all, is doing almost close to absolutely nothing for you while you swing your sword. What does benefit you? Things like haste accuracy and refresh. Every time you are swinging, these stats are helping you.

When you are casting flash and shadows , haste still helps you, where you cant get haste, thats where emnity comes into play

Cures/JAs, emnity , theres your spot

When your shadows are down and waiting for timers, pop on your shield gear. Casting ichi with shield gear is a good idea too due to its lower recasting time and longer casting time vs Ni.

HP gear, while most of the equipment you use will have it already built into your armor. Homam is packed with pld goodness, haste, acc, hp, mp, and some emnity.

Imo, the body piece can be a filler up, you could basically wear anything there to fill your needs, hp,mp,refresh, acc, emnity, -damage% etc.

Heres a small sample of a good idle build, I hope Tricant wont mind Anything you dont have, find substitutions close to these pieces. Even if you dont have atonement, recieving TP is a good thing, for Spirits or chivalry.

Other subs would require a different build setting. Idling in shield skill would then be better, along with maybe more HP. I still wouldnt ditch haste or acc. I'd mix them and make a hybrid.

Going to guess your new and Paladin is your first job or your usually a mage. If all your doing is Jeuno nms I really see no need to get any gear.

If you plan on tanking PLD seriously /nin will be a lot helpful then /war.
If you have /nin and plan useing it haste is your friend. Replace your hands and feet with dusk.
If you do limbus, try and get homam pants first then replace the dusk with hands and feet.
Macro out your haste for enmity in JA's etc.

If your getting "A Crystalline Prophecy" think about getting Nuevo coselete with enmity and fast cast.
