So, I get a PM from a mod a couple weeks ago (never noticed I had a PM since I never check them) about bumping old threads. Why is necro bumping a thread a huge no-no? It is on a dying board anyway, you don't have to read it if you don't want to. I can understand if people bumped old threads on an active board like Flamewars, but this is ridiculous. It takes a year for anything to move to the second page of the Unicorn boards, why not bump old drama threads that were entertaining?

Necro-bumping is mainly an issue if you're bumping it without legitimate cause or trying to discuss it. If you necro-bump saying "Bump" They will probably say something. Did you bump it with some meaningful bump with at least a few words trying to discuss it?

Old FW had the auto-trim on so any thread that didn't get a post for 30 days was moved to the recycling bin. What you see is the last 30 days worth of threads when FW1 was locked up. There used to be some gems in it. I remember posting in a few threads in there back then near the end of it... I think I remember flaming the crap out of that stupid as shit cunt, Neyasa was it?
