Greetings all. I have a couple of friends on this server who just started playing (I mean fresh out of the box) while they're waiting for me to get FFXI during my deployment to Afghanistan. Trouble is, I'm on Odin now, and I know absolutely nothing about Pheonix, yet I'm considering transferring to here. So I was wondering if you could answer a couple of questions I have.


How are RMT here?

How's the economy?

And of course: Does RP exist? Anywhere?

Any answers you may have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

As of February 08 the economy was decent, RMT wasn't awful but still present, and there was some RP last time I saw.

Forgive my ignorance, but it is possible to just program a PS2/3-ish controller for the PC to act the same way, right?

Yes. The game has a configuration program you can get to from the start menu for setting up gamepads.

There are plenty of social LSes on phoenix, it's just a matter of finding the one that fits, just like finding an endgame LS, honestly, you're better off just striking up a conversation with people in like exp parties or some shit man. That's all I can think of really. I have a like incredibly tiny social, but it's where me and some of my old friends go when we get raged at our endgame.

I don't think I'll be able to strike out on the endgame front. I have plenty of leveling and gil-making and NM hunting I'll have to do beforehand. *Sigh*
