Hi, I have a few questions, hope someone can help. Sorry if these questions have been answered several times and I have missed it.


1) Does having the 4 items of a craft make you +4? Say I have the 2 items and 2 furniture for smithing and Moghancement: Smithing.

2) How does HQ work with sub crafts? If 2 skill is needed and I have tier 2 of both, assuming HQ rate of tier 2 is 25%, does that make the craft with 2 skills a 25% chance HQ or a 6.25% HQ?

1. No, it is +3 with chance of reduction of loss of materials when you fail a synth.

2. Having tier 2 with both main and sub qualifies you for 25% (or whatever you believe it is).

Just to add on, if you are tier 2 for main, and tier 0 for the sub, your hq rate will remain tier 0. The lowest tier is dominant.
