every program i have tryed makes ff unplayable sad.gif

In all my video's I used Fraps. It does have a noticable impact on my frame rate, however, in ffxi I can still play ok given macro's and experience.
It also helps to have a good computer. As long as you have 4gig+ram and dual core or better cpu and ok video card shouldn't be too bad.!
