Collect the following Seedpalls:
- Seedspall Astrum: Drops from Yagudos in Meriphataud Mountains.
- Seedspall Luna: Drops from Quadavs in Pashhow Marshlands.
- Seedspall Lux: Drop from Orcishs in Jugner Forest.

Trade the Seedspalls to the ??? at G-6 in Qufim Island for a cutscene.

Mission 03: Gatherer of Light I

Obtain the following Key Items:

- Key Item: Bowl of bland Goblin salad from gobs in Batallia Downs.
Once you get the bowl check the ??? at (F-5) to pop Vegnix Greenthumb, defeat him to obtain the Key Item: Seedspall Roseum.
To get to this ??? you must go through Beaucedine Glacier or use the Lycopodium (NPC) teleport.

- Key Item: Jug of greasy Goblin juice from gobs in Rolanberry Fields.
Once you get the jug check the ??? located at (D-11) to pop Chuglix Berrypaws, defeat him to obtain the Key Item: Seedspall Caerulum.
To get to this ??? you must go through Crawlers' Nest.

- Key Item: Chunk of smoked Goblin grub from gobs in Sauromugue Champaign.
One you get the grub check the ??? located at (J-9) to pop Dribblix Greasemaw, defeat him to obtain the Key Item: Seedspall Viridis.
To get to this ??? you must go through Garlaige Citadel or use the Cavernous Maw in Garlaige Citadel (S).

When you have all three Seedspalls, return to the ??? at (G-6) on Qufim Island.

Mission 04: Gatherer of Light II

- Check the ??? at (G-6) in Qufim Island again to start a battle.
You have 30 minutes to defeat 30 Seed Mandragores that attack in waves. They are easily solo'ed by any 75 job.

- Check the ??? again when you have defeated them.

Mission 05: Those who Lurk in Shadows I

Zone into Fei'Yin for a cutscene.

Mission 06: Those who Lurk in Shadows II

Spoiler

You must collect nine Seed Afterglows that move around in Fei'Yin. If you do not collect them quickly, they will fade away and you will have to start over.

When all facets are collected, you can either select the Mark of Seed or a Azure Key
Choosing the Azure key will make you wait till JP midnight

Head to Qu'Bia Arena and select the Burning Circle for a cutscene.

Mission 07: Those who Lurk in Shadows III

Spoiler

Click the burning circle in Qu'Bia Arena to enter the battlefield.

Seed Orc (WAR)
Seed Yagudo (WHM)
Seed Quadav (RDM)
Seed Goblin (THF)

If you fail the fight you will have to collect another Mark of Seed.
A party of 75s is recommended for this.

Mission 08: Remember me in your Dreams

Mission 09: Born of Her Nightmares

Zone into Delkfutt's Tower for a cutscene, the next mission will automatically start once the CS is over.

The next mission requires climbing the tower under a level 30 cap.

Mission 10: Banishing the Echo

Talking to the the Seed Fragment to receive the Level 30 cap.
You must make your way to the Stellar Fulcrum at the top of the tower.
There is a Seed Afterglow on each floor that will give you a key item stone.

Three in Lower Delkfutt's Tower.
Six in Middle Delkfutt's Tower.
Three in Upper Delkfutt's Tower.

Once you get to the Stellar Fulcrum, there will be a 6 person level 75 BC fight.

Mission 11: Ode of Life Bestowing

Spoiler

When ready for the BCNM, check the door at the Stellar Fulcrum for a cutscene. This is a 30min 6 person BCNM with a level cap of 75.

If you lose the BC you will have to climb the tower and collect all the stones to get a new Omnis Stone.

Mob: Seed Crystal.

Seed of Nihility: AoE Damage 200-400.
Seed of Judgment: Knock back AoE damage 700-1300.
Seed of Deference: AoE Charm Turns players into Mandragoras.
Seed of Deception: Clones targeted player.

Resistant to Silence.

lol This is ridiculous.. Apparently, SE replaced the ??? with a moogle to keep us from completing it too fast... You know what would've been a better solution? NOT MAKE THE EXPANSION SO DAMN SHORT AND EASY IT ONLY TAKES A FEW HOURS TO COMPLETE. God. They don't learn. Though admittedly, the CS's so far have been pretty neat. Even for a mini expansion the story isn't too bad. I hope the next ones to come are good, too.

Well, the moogle in place of the ??? says it's broken.. But I dunno. I heard something about mandies not spawning, but I think it's also partly due to people having the mini expansion almost done if not already completed in one night...lol I would've assumed the emergency maintenance would've covered it today, too, but there's no notes on it.. So I'm guessing SE is sticking the moogle there temporarily until they can update things or fix whatever needs to be fixed. Meh.. I just hope the ??? comes back soon, I wanna keep going on my missions.

If u read alla or BG you will see there a lot of ppl that want to start mission 4 (when mandys pop) and nothing happens and they lost the key items.

What story? Up to mission 4 we've had one cool CS (The beginning one), and the rest are the boy going "oh hey, go get shards of this crystal", WoW style.

I'm not getting the next two expansions, unless I either hear good things about it, or they introduce an item so broken that it'd be stupid not to get it. (Mog Satchel)

People are complaining about the $10 price tag anyway- we've had fucking quest threads that are just as long as this, so this should've been free over the course of several patches, or at most $5.

Going by what CS's I've seen and reading how the missions go, the story seems interesting.. Giant crystal possessing beastmen, fight to save the world.. It's like those mini movies they make during anime's that have a strong enemy but the movie only lasts about an hour at best and even though the movie is short, it's somewhat epic. I like those. >.>

Plus from reading ahead one of the bosses turns us into mandies, how freakin awesome is that? D: I've been turned into a frog and bat before, but a mandy is new.. I think it's cool. lol

So who had a fun time killing the goblins to get their key items?

My luck was terrible, took me 120 gobs in Rolanberry to get the key item there. Around 20 for Batallia and around 40 or so in Sauromogue.

For the regular beastmen I went like 1/5 on each, the gobs were a bit harder.. 1/17 in sauro, about the same in batallia and rolanberry... I had killed about 25 but didn't notice I had gotten it sooner or I could've stopped around 13 or so. c.c lol I'm gonna kill them all again for that quest in jeuno though, I wanna see what kind of rewards that gives.

Hmmm i was a little lucky with beastman and goblins. The only hard for me was the gob on Rolanberry 1/15, the others(beastman and gobs) like 1/3. ^-^

my gf, my friend and I gave up thinking we couldnt get the key item because we didnt turn in the crystals to the ??? in qufim. I think we spent at least an hour smacking the goblins around.

Oh, I did hear about a few people who did manage to get ahead and didnt have any problem from the ??? in qufim. Apperantly the crystal is very hard that 3 KC DRKs couldnt beat it. They got it to 70%. I would give you screenshots but I heard this from my friend who was getting the key items with me yesterday.

EDIT: Just remembered that a PLD/RDM and 5 RNGs managed to beat it. Since the crystals dmg is all AOE.

Also it can charm you, so it can screw over Kraken zerg since you're feeding so much TP.

Zerging the final boss is the most retarded thing you can do. Due to it spamming random moves and if it's charm you're dead. A group was somehow able to beat it in 5 min. with 2 RDM/DRKs, 2 MNK/DRKS, a WHM and BRD. However I'm not sure how they pulled it off.

Best thing to do is bring jobs that can attack from a distance (BLU/RNG/COR/SMN) so you can avoid a majority of it's AoEs.

Probably much of that, without souleater resistance would be easy and SE want to do it a little hard.
Maybe a way to do this is kitting the crystal?, or chainspell stun.
