Some time in the past, you linked your POL ID to another Gamer profile. Now you are trying to use a different Gamer profile with that POL ID and you can't. This happened to me before as well. There isn't a way to fix it; if you want to use that POL ID on the Xbox 360, you will have to use the same Gamer profile you linked to it.

Some time in the past, you linked your POL ID to another Gamer profile. Now you are trying to use a different Gamer profile with that POL ID and you can't. This happened to me before as well. There isn't a way to fix it; if you want to use that POL ID on the Xbox 360, you will have to use the same Gamer profile you linked to it.

Like he said you did link a previous gamer tag with the POL ID. There are two ways to fix this. One being, recover the previous gamer tag if you can. Second being, you have to have all the current information for the POL ID (Address, First and Last four of current credit card, etc). You have to call SE and give them the information for the POL ID and they can unlink the gamer tag from the POL ID. Then the next time you log on you'll have to attach a new gamer tag. I had to do it before. I know they will do it once; not sure how many times they will let you.
