So I was helping a WHM friend farm a spell in Gustav Tunnel. We were killing the alchemists specifically, but all the gob's and crabs in the area. My point is, every few mobs, Wuffi would be somehow full HP even though I had not Spirit Linked with him. When I did, he didn't end up with full HP. The WHM used some of the newer moves, and did regular cures. We suspect one of the newer moves had an effect. Are we going crazy? we all witnessed it happen at least once after I had asked if there was a new spell that effects wyverns. At one point I received some message about Wuffi's parameters being enhanced when he was healed to full. What the hell is going on? Lol, mind you I've been away from FFXI for almost a year now(for actual play at least), so if something is new even the things added a few days ago, I'm a little out of the loop. ^^ Thanks in Advance~

Yeah your wyvern is technically "Leveling" and its as simple as that barely noticible after a while

Ah thank you! Based off what you said I found this to clarify a bit in case others wonder.

"# Mar. 10, 2008 Version Update:

* A wyvern’s attributes will now increase in correspondence to the amount of experience gained from the moment the wyvern is summoned.
o This increase will not be affected by experience gained from Campaign, Besieged, or items.
o A wyvern’s attributes will be reset to their original values when the wyvern is KO’d, dismissed, or changes areas. "
