I got Gatherer of Light (I) done and went on to the next mission, but I failed the mandragora fight once (I forgot Utsusemi tools and a few of them used that 175ish damage attack at once) and HP'd. Then I came back to try again when the ??? isn't so congested, and it seems like no matter when I click the ??? point I get "There is nothing out of the ordinary here." I thought my mission might be bugged, so I asked the bystanders. One said it was giving him a message saying to wait while the player in the fight finishes.
Is he right? Is my fight bugged?

Ah, I see. I saw the mandragora mission was repeatable and got all the seedspall items again last night just in case. I'm gonna try the fight again later; thanks for the advice.

Glad to help. I don't know about your server but on Odin there were a bunch of people standing around doing that, I would imagine someone would let you join to ensure victory if you asked. Good luck.
