I think I've found it. Looks like you might want to repeat the Fei'Yin fight a few times. Ruby Earring from Ivory Key has yield the following augments:

Attack+3 Ranged Attack+5
INT+1 Ranged Attack+5
Ranged Attack+2 Pet: Attack+5 Ranged Attack+5
Attack+3 Ranged Attack+3
Attack+3
Accuracy-2 Attack+5 Ranged Attack+5
STR+2 Attack+3 Pet: Attack+3 Ranged Attack+3
INT+1 Attack+3 Pet: Attack+4 Ranged Attack+4

These are actually REALLY good earrings for Corsairs and Rangers when you consider what current options are available.

Ivory Key to the Tenshodo Coffer.

You can only get the Ivory Key if you're up to mission 7 on Crystalline Prophecy expansion though. And it IS repeatable, you just have to get Mark of Seed every time.

Sadly, the item you get is random.
