Virtual goods are not private property, true, but my password could be considered intellectual property. Fraud has nothing to do with 3rd party tools. You are telling lies in order to gain something that is not yours. You tell someone you will give them money for something and then you trick them into giving it to you and you never pay them. They may not have the right to sell the item but you don't have the right to take it either. SE has the right to take accounts, but you do not. Again refer to section 4.2 of the Playonline member agreement. What you are doing could easily be considered hacking or some form of identity theft, but of course no one would be silly enough to go to court over it. So yeah, you're free from legal troubles but that doesn't mean what you're doing isn't wrong and that you're not an ass hole.

First off, YOU started this thread and I guess you only consider something a "flame" if it's against you. Yes, and I'll say it again, I enjoy "harassing" you.
