I just started raising a new chocobo today because my past one was a failure and has been retired for a few years now. I noticed choco whistle option was there so i got it and my old choco was so low lol.
Im just wondering if when my new one becomes an adult, does it automaticaly replace my old choco on the whistle?

No, you just like trade your card to the NPC and he attachs the new chocobo to the whistle.

U can trade it or if u dont wanna pay the gil to recharge ur whistle, just under where u get ur registration cards in the menu, there will be a choice called "Register ur chocobo" or something and that puts it on ur whistle.
