It's comparing 4 acc/atk to 5 acc, both of which have different returns. Most thieves are hovering around what? 350 attack? Ulth is giving ~1% atk. So the question is whether or not 1~1.5% atk will give you better returns than +0.5% hit rate, which is dependent upon other gear options.

Im at 370 attack without any buffs, and only 4 dagger merits.

with meat/minuets etc on top of this, 4 attack becomes pretty meh.

more Acc is going to make meat more and more viable, and meat gives loads more attack than any equipment can hope to.

I'm not sure if it's the case for THF, but some jobs TP in Rajas so they can get away from that irritating 99% TP message (Like NIN, depending on what other gear you have).

Does Rajas take THF over any kind of threshold in sTP if you have Skadi Legs?

with Blau/Sirocco, it pushes you up to 10 or 11 per attack round instead of the 9~ I was getting with homam legs.
I dont have suppa though, so I don't know if the dual wield for that will reduce TP to below 10 per round.

Going from Homam > skadi legs was a very noticable increase in my TP gain. So yes, Rajas does work well for THF.

but once you get skadi legs you have alot more freedom to do what you will with your rings. 14 acc on your fingers helps negate the reason to wear corazza, and possible meat builds with rap harness instead. (missing homam feet/hands before i really try to test a meat build with rap harness)

i wouldn't say a thf is bad for wearing rajas, in fact most dd's currently do. it has its benefits. but i don't think it fits into the most optimal tp build for thf.

on my server snipers +1 jumped to 3.6 mil ish while tor still at 3 mil. i have no idea why, but i cashed in on it.
