Well, to be fair, maybe he's just being semi-cheap? On /whm mode you have 3 options really. Obi, Scouter's Rope or MP gear. I do know there are some COR's that don't use QD much in end game, sadly. Usually it's the ones that prefer to be on other jobs. So why would he waste time getting obi or Scouter's Belt if he's not going to use it.

As far as MP gear goes. Being a taru I really don't even worry that much about it. Even with full QD Gear I still have over 400 MP(which is more than my BRD has ).

Might bet is he just changed subs quick and jumped into dynamis. Figuring as long as he has Phantom Roll gear and a Cure spell, he's good.

if yer gonna QD, ROll and heal, should you at least have a Royal Knight's Belt? I mean tis kind of a must have thing. I dont use a MP belt I use the RK Belt. I put mp where I need it and AGI where I need it, I know Ill usually 85% have a whm in my pt, so I keep at least 150 MP on me at all times for RR, R1 when need it and maybe a back up cure. Thats just me, RK belt isnt expensive at all.

Lol... I'm actually 4/5 on Cor AF. Never bothered to even get those gloves.

I wish SE would make AF gear more useful. It makes me sad panda to see how the first piece of Corsair gear you are gifted with does absolutely nothing.

I got the AF hards incase I ever decided to try skilling up parry. But then I realized a corsair is like wet toilet paper so it rots in storage.

I've actually had this happen once. >.>; Was in a merit party with two well equipped Drakesbane Dragoons and a Warrior. They were clearing the whole camp. First time I felt like I actually needed speedy pants to keep up.

I did this for the first few levels, minus the lucky/unlucky numbers (don't tell them when you get a bad roll), since the job was still pretty new and people weren't familiar with what rolls do. Nothing is more annoying than watching a melee run back to catch Healer's Roll.

Way I see it is if they don't tab over the roll to check what the roll effect is let them get a gimped roll.

The number 6 is a COR's worst enemy, I swear I bust on 6 more than any other combination. I usually only double-up on a 6 if I have Fold up or if it happens to be and unlucky number (AKA: SAM Roll).

I've seen a LOT of Busts after Corsairs hit 6 with their first roll. It is probably just superstition, but I can completely understand why people don't like Doubling Up on it.

My next double up always seems to be a 6 when my current total is 6 for some strange reason. However I double up reguardless unless it's Evokers.
