what is ballista?! is that just like a pvp thingy? if so, how do i get to do it and stuff. looks like a lot of fun

First you need to get a Ballista License and then you can kill other players anywhere you want! hehe jk after you obtain license just find out when the next match around your level is then showup in that area and signup after signups theres usually a 5min wait and then the match begins you might want to read the rules from the same person that tells you when the matches are because its easier to do good when you know the rules =)
