I'm considering organizing a TP burn Kirin, but I've personally never tried one before and was hoping for input about how to do it properly.

Here's what I know so far:
-DRG for angon
-THF for TH4 so something actually drops
-A mix of mostly DRK, MNK, SAM, WAR
-Three bards with soul voice, troubador, and nightingale rotating parties so everyone gets double madrigal, march, and minuet
-Poison potions to avoid sleepga

My questions:
-Is there a WHM for every party to use benediction after astral flow, or is all the healing from outside of the alliance?
-Can you still win if he decides to open with Stonega IV?
-Anything else I should know about?

you have DRKs in your alliance meaning you'll be using Soul Eater. So yeah Bene in the party with DRKs will help out.

If he opens with Stonga V have the target run away.

Don't know how many DRKs you got or how many M-Kris/K-Club/BZ but that's the way you should go

if it is your very 1st zerg try with your ls it isnt bad idea to kill pets first, and then try to zerg him down, if it goes wrong u can just kite him again.
and if it goes good, u know u dont have to kill the pets next time and just go for zerg.
also, if u have enough SAMs to spam gekkos, u got a good chance he wont cast anything during the zerg.

edit: feint is cool too, not needed... but always good to have.

If your gonna have mnks make sure they are /war. "good" geared mnks can keep up with AH Sams if they gear their hundred fists with acc/att and not be dumbasses with a haste build equiped -.-

dont fool yourself have a thf with feint present.

Zerg drks arnt needed. They are usefull dont get me wrong but this is possible with sam/war/mnks

and have all your meles bring a TP wings

Either/or.
It's handy to have a whm to benediction the strongest DDs after Astral flow, but it can be done with purely outside healing too.
With outside healing you assign a group of people to every whm's watchlist, they need to be sure to have the members macro'd.
It's up to the whms to actually watch and cure.

If you make sure Stonega IV actually hits your entire alliance, easy.
Mages just need to be on the ball with cures.
But as Stonega IV takes a while to cast there's a good chance it will be interupted.
