A guy on my server said he tried this and tested it to be about 25% Ranged Accuracy and 25% Ranged Attack, he's not sure on the caps yet.

If this turns out to be true, this shoudl outdo Coeurl Subs, Shouldn't it?

How do you test rng.acc/atk?

I'd assume it caps low.
But this is SE, so they might make a single food with more acc than sushi and more atk than dragon meat from a 1k recipe.

He said it gave about 85 Ranged Attack or so to his hits according to the parse, he's not sure on the caps though.

Hmm. It certainly seems good for some situations, but I can't see myself using it for merit parties. Melee accuracy is important for TP gain an DoT. But for those who like using Coeurl Sub (which caps at 75 attack) it looks like this one has it beat.
