Hello. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what happens to your chocobo if you change alliegiences (conquest). I'm currently allied with Windy and want to do the Sandoria missions. However, I am in the process of raising a new chocobo and I don't want to risk changing nations until I can figure out what will happen to my chocobo.
I hope someone has come across this question before and can help me out! I don't want to risk losing any progress as I'm putting a lot of effort into this little bastard. <3

I believe changing your nation does not directly affect your chocobo as they are two seperate things. For example I am from bastok, once I turn in my egg to sandy, my chocobo becomes sandorian. SO if you are in windy you can change nations but your chocobo stays in windy since thats the person raising it.
