I finally went to test this out since with food i can brake 150 INT

INT 153/ MAB +2 (+34)/+15%:
tornado II 1105 ( came up with 149 INT)
aero I:
INT 156/ MAB +2 (+34) / +15%:
48
Aero I:
INT 166 / MAB +2 (34):
56

these numbers point to a 149 INT on kirin, anyone want to take a stab? ( the aero I's where ESed where the tornado II's kept giving me 1105 for damage)
also did a 690 aero IV ( not sure if that matches results kind of tired)

when you nuke things like this from what i seen it is very important to match the targets INT ( i was getting a lot of resists with ele torque and relic hat) so i changed to maats/ chiv chain (w/e the name is)

the trade off was 10 INT vs 17 skill and i got better using the INT off set ( making my stats i perrfed to nuke in 307 skill / 153 INT

I did ES full MAB gear at the end for like 1280 sih or something? the thing is when your INT goes negitive the formula is different and I am not able to figure it out yet.

if someone wants to see the effects of having close INT differences like this gear up in the 110 INT area and go nuke imps a bit ( i did this a bit for SCH to prove the helix fromula is the same as aero I)

I did a post here as well with that data to show how you can get the spell base for damage ( like doing 10 damage stone, 25 damage aero, etc) a sch/whm has no MAB trait so was rather nice.

thing is on imps lest what i was getting at is to see damage curves for your self on what it looks like when they are near the same so you wouldn't be using brd exactly ( you would be doing varenaces near 110 INT mark like what i did in those past threads that i linked) . we could do it but im not sure what purpose it will give, i need ideas what people want to see.

My LS has a few more Kirin pops so if I'm there for them I will play with it some more. I'm also trying to get my set to at least 159 INT (not a rich guy) to see if the results are any better.

what is your skill at? i got poor results on sch ( my guess from the lower skill) but higher damage when it hit for full then blm, but blm was more consistent.

the 150 int was with merits and af+1 hands, I have over 300 skill with that.

153 int / 307 skill apparently.

No lol, that was just an ES shot to test INT difference vs using the HQ staff.

I had a feeling you might of been using that , saying you where "poor" + having results like that. getting 150 int is very hard. I should of posted my real gear what I was using but i thought the math reflected it. ( take off hands and pole for -13 INT) SS shows 84+82=166-13=153 what i had with auster's + af +1 hands, you can get 5 "free" int if you used gilard, sorcs belt and sea torque over my SS. i used cream puff too i think. if your lucky more slops dont cost that much so +2 int there.

however, i was nto able to get a nice SS of gear shot + one of those aero IVs or tor II.

when i was messing around with SCH i was getting a brd with int songs to try put mroe ele skill on, it was still rather hard ( harder then blm) to have a high consistency.

Ya, there's a lot of pieces (cheap or free) that I can get still to boost my INT.

I'm currently sitting at about 144 (without Kirin staff), I am also having a fully merited Stormsurge SCH in my pt for an extra +7 which would put me at 151.

But as I said, there is a few items I can get to boost (goliard boots is one ). I will continue to follow up on any results.
