I was wanting to know whats some good gear to get at level 56, I am now wearing Crow body, hands, legs, and DNC feet and head pieces. What would be better to use to level with? I already have a Scorpion Harness ready for 57.

1: TP gear: Acc/haste gear w/ enough attack thrown in to prevent you from dealing 0's w/ every hit. If you're not main healing *unlikely before 60* focus a little more on attack to boost your numbers up to a reasonable amount.

2: Waltz gear: CHR. Maximize your CHR. If you can put more CHR on 1 slot, put it there. Some people will argue that it doesn't make much difference, but I've found that it does. if your CW4 will do 430 and the DNC beside you is only doing 370, that's a pretty big efficiency difference.

3: WS gear: Not really even considered till after you get DE. Since you're asking what gear you should be wearing, I'm going to guess you don't have dagger merits already. This means you get DE @ 62. Once you get it, start carrying around a WS build. It's worth it for the times when you are able to use your WSs. Unlike THFs, it's actually quite viable to build up CHR gear for DE on DNC. It's also notable that most of your Waltz gear can transfer into a DE build. The reason THFs don't build up CHR for it is simply because DEX gets checked twice for when most THFs use DE. The first check w/ SA pulls more damage than any amount of CHR a THF could put there. DNC doesn't get SA damage boosts, so CHR is fine.

4: EVA gear: Great for soloing. Raven gear is perfect for this. Get rid of crow, raven is cheap and the full set offers a pretty good chunk more eva.

Invest in getting your af, most of it ends up being good macro pieces and the legs + feet people main full time pretty commonly. Plus the quest for getting DNC af is super easy~

Oh yeah, I went and did all my DNC AF as soon as I hit level 50.

Thanks man. I wasn't sure before, but now you've given me the cost-effective solution of gearing my DNC all the way to 75. I'll full-time my AF then switch to Cobra gear and doesn't afraid of anything

Dancer should not TP in raven/crow gear. If you pull hate from meleeing, your party sucks.

Pre-DE your WS don't really matter since I doubt shadowstich can break 150 damage, for TP:
Bone Knife +1 (or main hand higher damage dagger)
Bone Knife +1
Smart Grenade => Tiphia Sting
Voyager Sallet > Super Ribbon > Emp Pin = Walk Mask
PCC > chiv > spike
Spike earrings
Jaridah at 55, SH(+1) at 57, Rap Harness when you can hit accurately, though in that level range you'll prolly be better off w/SH
Battle Gloves (AF only for steps macro, 2 dex loses to cheap 3 acc gloves 100% for tp)
Rajas/Ulth/Snipers/Woods/Tor all work
Jaguar mantle or synced AM+1
Swift is a solid belt, life to macro in for steps
AF legs or Republic subligar
Tabin Boots +1, Leaping/Bounding, RSE, then AF is none of the first ones

Only the dnc legs and feet are even remotely acceptable to TP in.

For Steps swap in acc gear.
For Waltzes swap in raven/crow gear and whatever chr gear you have along with AF body

I don't get people's infatuation with wearing AF on any jobs, 90% of it is never worth full timing on top of looking terrible.
