The true irony is that in some other MMO's, including the phenominal fluke with 12 million users, I've heard of people saying things like that and in turn get banned for spamming/using inappropriate language. /shrug. I just report them. At least there's nothing that can be done about that, except maybe annoy some GM that's being dinged by 100 other people about the same thing.

I don't waste the time with a GM call because 1-they are trial accounts only, used specifically for spamming /tells. and 2-they are most likely using a program and not sitting there so being banned wont affect them at all, also why I don't spam them with /tells back.
