It's a good subjob 20-29 why attack bonus gives you +7-10% attack!

Dragoon is only really a super sub for samurai, and even then only when the earring can let you get to haste cap. There's no real reason I know of for another job at 75 to sub it (only other possibility might be nin).

The only reason to sub dragoon as a 1 hander is at lower levels where attack bonus gives a large boost (i.e. your base attack is below 150) and only a little beyond 30 if you have the wyvern mantle/earring/shield, but as you get higher /war begins to outshine /drg, even with wyvern gear. After 50 you should never normally sub dragoon, it's an inferior SJ choice for one handers period. 10 atk/acc and 2 jumps don't compare to berserk/DA or hasso/med or DW/shadows.
