Just dinged 74 tonight and some of my magic skills are less than desirable. My divine is pretty close, I'm at 230 so that's not bad. But healing is only at 140 and enhancing at 97. It's odd to me that healing magic is used far more frequently but divine lvl'd so much faster. But that's neither here nor there I guess.
Wondering if there's any secrets out there to skilling healing? Should I just go get sanction refresh and sub brd for mages ballad and stand in besieged or in town and randomly heal over and over?

Any tips for skilling magic?

Divine will cap of its own accord from flash, so you've nothing to worry about there.
Enhancing- I recommend waiting for a besieged and finding mihli- spam protect/shell 1 on her and you can get some nice skillups, I did this when I was prepping for /rdm and got 20-25 levels in a good besieged.
Healing- This caps of its own accord too, albeit much slower than divine. Personally I just cure'd everyone in my alliance to 100% while waiting for dynamis and whatnot, I don't know the specific usefulness of healing magic skill, but it being underleveled shouldn't have any catastrophic effect on your cure numbers.

Divine will cap on its own, no problem, thanks to Flash.
If you want to skill Healing and Enhancing, go to Besieged and spam Cures and Protects on NPCs. Your skills will skyrocket faster than they would casting these spells on player characters. Only problem is if some mage casts a higher level Protect over yours, leaving your Protect spam to have no effect on your target. If Undead Besieged occurs (or if you go to a high-level area where undead naturally spawn), you can also have some moderate gains using Cure spells offensively.
If you really want to have an effective subjob through RDM, I can't understate the importance of keeping your Enhancing skilled.
