Anyone attempted it solo? I gave it a shot a week or so ago and got myself killed, but I'm pretty certain it's possible. He's ridiculously easy to kite around the bridge by the entrance to Sacrarium because he's always stopping to cast. He rarely hit me with melee attacks, and the majority of single-target spells didn't even go off becacuse I ran out of range. Spells he did manage to finish casting were easily absorbed with shadows. But the fight is slooow. My quick draws appeared to max at 188 with a lucky wizard's roll and overall fairly solid quick draw set while I'm used to closer to 300. I fired 18 shots and got it to 90% before eating a thundaga III and dying. I forgot to put up reraise; I imagine I possibly could've recovered and kited while weakened for five minutes. I'm considering trying it again with magus's roll up for my second roll and possibly wearing magic defense equipment to survive thundaga, and then throwing up dancer's roll to recover to full (hopefully before he casts thundaga again). But the damage output is still a problem, so I guess it's a matter of being patient enough for a 2+ hour fight. I'd be interested to hear of any other experiences with the NM.

Soloing Gration on COR seems like it would take way longer than 2 hours, even with a good build. D: I would fall asleep.

I can't speak from a COR perspective, but I can speak from the RNG view.
On a well geared RNG with knowledge of the fight it takes me around 2.5-3hr to solo. Honestly there is no reason to be hit by his melee attacks. Once you learn the timing of his spells and roughly how long they take to cast you can time your abilities inside his magic, normally enough time for 1-2 shots. Also don't kite him in a small area or you will be eating his AGA's, I also highly recommend movement speed +. I can tell you I know of less than 5-10 RNG who have been able to solo Gration, it's an easy fight but not an easy fight.
Keep RR up, but you learned that already from the AGA. Yes you can kite him for days with 1hp. Umm IDK ask. lol
