Yay, video contest, my kind of area. Thanks for doing this Mortama. Few questions on the rules, you say one NPC, does that mean any other NPCs or your personal character cannot be involved, meaning if they in the same CS frame that's not allowed? Or you mean story driven of one NPC?

Also, how do we apply and submit?

Choose an npc and have it based around that Npc. support characters are allowed but main focus should be the npc. (lilisette or Prishe, Zeid, shadow lord) those type of characters. Even a leader of one of the beastmen could be used.

I also recommend uploading to youtube since videos can be posted straight here after.
